Calibre Management Services Ltd’s (CMS) mission is to provide exceptional quality service to our six operating companies while constantly striving to lower costs, improve efficiency, and operate as a not-for-profit organization. Our vision is to help our six operating companies become more profitable by assisting the Calibre Companies in the following ways:

Administrative Support:  By sharing accounting, legal, marketing, safety and reception over six companies, we are able to allocate overhead in a more efficient manner. This allows the operating companies to focus on their core business while saving time and money verse if they handled these functions on their own.

Economies of Scale:  We seek to achieve economies of scale of a large corporation when negotiating with legal, insurance, banking and other vendors, while still having the flexibility to make effective strategic and operational decisions as a smaller company.

Strategic and Budgetary Planning:  We constantly encourage innovation and efficiency in the products and services we offer, while at the same time being responsible to our stakeholders and achieving synergies wherever possible.
